What is the return policy?

You may return your unused product for a full refund within 30 days of purchase date. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange product you will need to return the undesired product for a full refund and make your new purchases at metalmulisha.com

Once you download the return form please fill out completely and be sure to call or email customer service for your RA # at 949 428 2800 or mmorders@metalmulisha.com. Please state that you are a Metal Mulisha Web consumer when you call. We will not accept returns without a RA #. For faster processing please mark the RA# clearly on the outside of the box. Below you will see the information as to where you should send your returned items as well as the link to download the return form.

What happens if I have received damaged or incorrect merchandise?

We will refund or exchange the damaged merchandise. If you receive damaged or incorrect product please make sure to tell the Customer Service Representative, they will assign you a RA # and will instruct you on how to proceed.

We recommend you ship your item with a carrier that provides a tracking number as well as insurance. Metal Mulisha will not be held liable for products lost in transit. Turn around time for credits and replacements is 2-4 weeks.
